German Lasala, MD
Board Certified Internal Medicine Doctor
I have been in medical practice in Tucson since 1991 and Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine. I am one of the original founders of Arizona Community Physicians, PC. After years in the company, I decided to start my practice and provide personalized medicine, which has increased my satisfaction and passion for patient care. I also spent 17 years in the research industry performing clinical trials as a principal investigator. I look forward to meeting with you and discussing how to optimize your health.
Daria Lasala, RN, MBA
Registered Nurse, Office Manager
I have been a nurse for the past 32 years, working in the fields of oncology, dermatology, pediatrics, aesthetics and clinical research. In addition to my nursing degree, I have a master’s degree in business with a focus in healthcare administration. I manage Dr. Lasala’s office, taking care of the insurance billing and other administrative duties.
Diane Thomas, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner
I began my nursing career in a pediatric intensive-care unit. After several years I moved into a high-level trauma center and spent the next 21 years as an emergency department nurse. I have also provided services as a home health nurse, a legal nurse consultant, and a flight nurse. My experience in emergency medicine is my motivation to prevent illness and help patients live healthier lives. I want to get to know my patients to answer their questions, provide guidance and be a support partner when there are health issues and concerns to tackle.
Lindsey Brown, MA

Certified Phlebotomist
I am certified as a medical assistant and phlebotomist. I earned my associate’s degree in medical assisting from Brown Macke College in 2013 and joined Dr. Lasala’s practice in August 2014. I perform all the testing for your wellness and physical examinations, including drawing blood; performing EKGs, pulmonary function tests, hearing tests, and ABI; and placing holter monitors and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitors. I am also in charge of making specialist and procedure appointments. I love my job and I show it with a smile!
